Replacing our roof was a fabulous experience!! Jaden spent time with us to choose the highest quality shingle at an excellent price. Leroy kept in touch, scheduling the job to avoid rainy days. Other companies predicted one or two weeks for our large complicated, steep roof. Kickapoo Roofers did it in ONE long day! The team of 11 men worked incredibly hard. They cleaned up at each stage. Each team member knew exactly what to do. I wish I knew each one of their names to thank them. Cody directed everything, planning well and efficiently. Our roof looks great! This company has met and exceeded my expectations! I contacted them after getting a quote from another company for the hole in my roof and siding from a storm that broke a tree in half. The first company they would not assist me in working with my insurance company, which I have never had to do before and was very confused about. When Melvin from Kickapoo Roofing showed up he talked me through everything and I just had such a feeling of relief. From that day Melvin worked with me, answered every call, worked with my insurance, and made sure I was informed of every step. They actually were able to install my before the date they had quoted me! On install day the entire work team was amazing! They had my entire roof, including new skylights and replacing rotted wood done in one day! And the work is good, honest, quality work. Nick was the hands down best site manager I have ever met! He was informing of what was going on the entire time and double checking all the work as it was being done to assure correctness and quality. Nick was another highlight of this company for me. To have a respectful, easy going, and professional manager like nick was such a blessing. With Kickapoo Roofing, I never had to wait on hold, call them looking for information, chase people down through emails, had zero worries about the people working on and in my home, and didn't have to worry about the quality of the job that was done. They did an excellent job from taking off the old metal roof along with the wooden shingles underneath down to the rafters and putting on new subdecking plywood to the last shingle and piece of trim put in place everybody from the sales rep Melvin to the project manager Leroy along with Nick and John the job site Foremen to their supply delivery drivers and the person highest on the roof all the way down to the person lowest on the ground doing everything in between especially constantly walking around the perimeter of the house with magnets picking up whatever they could of nails trash and debris air first class very professional company that says what they're going to do and follows through along with the follow-up to make sure everything is completed to the customer satisfaction they went well above and beyond what I ever expected

Kickapoo roofing was doing a roofing replacement across from house on a Monday. The previous weekend strong winds had caused a piece of facial to blow off my two story house second piece from the peak of the roof. I went across the street to ask if they could possibly put it back up for me seeing as how they were right across the street working that day. I spoke with Cory. He took down my name and number and said he would check with the owner and have him call me. Which he did and within less than an hour I got a call saying they would do that. When they finished with the roofing of the neighbors house they came across the street and replaced the piece I needed. When I asked for a bill I was told there was no charge even though I insisted on paying because it did need to be replaced I was told no charge. I was very impressed by how polite,helpful and kind they were. If I ever need a roof replaced or know of someone who does I would certainly recommend Kickapoo Roofing. It’s not often you find a company to help you out with situations such as mine in such a timely manner and to do it for no charge. Unbelievable but so true. This company is a 12 out of a 10 point grade.😁

Kickapoo Roofing rocks! They installed some commercial gutters, heat tape, and snow stops on my building and did so with the utmost professionalism and care. They kept me in the loop through the whole process. I had to have an electrician come and install an outlet for the heat tape and Kickapoo Roofing helped with scheduling and getting that done so I can attest that they work well with other contractors too, which was great that I didn't have to juggle that. The team at Kickapoo Roofing did an exceptional job on my Dads house in central WI. We had the house, detached garage and screen room all reroofed. New gutters were installed on the house and garage, and they replaced 4 skylights where the old ones had the seals blown and were no longer transparent. I called them on a Tuesday to discuss a leak we had around our fireplace chimney and the need to remove another chimney no longer used and to re-roof that area. Melvin came out the next day to assess and recommend what needed to be done. A few days later we received a fair quote and we agreed to proceed. Due to a rainy spell, work was not able to be started for a couple of weeks. On the day they started, Scott and his crew arrived at 8:00 am and went right to work. They were all done by 12:30 and everything was done with the highest quality of workmanship, including the cleanup of our yard. Just had my roof completely redone last month! Jaden got my quote done before winter, had to wait until weather straightened out after winter was done. But they were willing to offer assistance during winter by tarping it if it got too bad! Luckily it didn’t! After the weather straightened out they quickly got me on the schedule the next week to get my roof done. The day came and it was a quick and efficient day, tore down and brand new roof in under 9 hours! Very great company, always made sure we understood everything and could get ahold of any time day or night! They also did a great clean up after they were done with the roof! Will be using them again for other services !

It was ice build up on inside of siding. Going to have them replace siding. They have gone over and above even after finding out it was not the roof that caused the water. Nice group of people.

He did a fantastic job cleaning the pine needles & other large amounts of leaves that had built up in the gutters prior to my taking ownership of my new home. Melvin and Marvin did a great job on patching a hole from old fireplace. Remove terminated stack and patching the hole. I can't tell where it was patched. Did what they said on time.
