Leroy joined Kickapoo Roofing shortly after his brother started the company because he knew he wanted to be a part of Edwin’s vision. His oversight ensures quality standards and project timelines stay on track. He is an expert in all things roofing and provides on-site field supervision along with technical management across all project builds. Leroy is a born leader, and his knack for high-level coordination is what helps keep the team operating smoothly.

Leroy grew up Amish in southern Iowa but was born in Wisconsin. He enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing. Most of all, he loves seeing his crews and project managers receive positive customer feedback.

Jaime is the glue that keeps the office running smoothly. She started with the company in 2018 and has a background of over 10 years experience in her field. Her attention to detail, continuous communication, and love for organizing has made her a key player in keeping the team on track. She felt called to the company because of its mission and the fact that Kickapoo Roofing is family owned.

Jamie grew up in Hillsboro, WI. She loves spending time with her husband and three children, camping, hiking, and reading. FUN FACT: Jamie has never been on an airplane.

Steven started with Kickapoo Roofing because he wanted to be a part of a growing company that valued customer service. He is proud to represent the company because of its commitment to customer satisfaction and quality craftsmanship. Steven enjoys working with a supportive team as it has helped him continue to grow professionally.

Steven enjoys spending time with his wife, watching the Packers, and golfing.

Jaden thrives off the opportunity to meet new people and collaborate with his team to provide excellent customer service. Jaden’s hard work and ethics make him a great asset to the team. He takes pride in being punctual, professional, and providing prompt communication.

Jaden grew up on a farm in Ontario, Wisconsin. He enjoys hunting, golfing, and spending time with his wife. FUN FACT: Jaden’s first buck with the bow scores 192”
