Great experience with Kickapoo. I had some shingles that came off in the wind last week and they here right away to cover it so I didn’t have any leaks. Came the following Monday and fixed the issues and came on Tuesday to do a final inspection. Very professional.

Melvin and Marvin did a great job on patching a hole from old fireplace. Remove terminated stack and patching the hole. I can't tell where it was patched. Did what they said on time. I've worked with Kickapoo a few times over the last few years and they always do a great job. Very helpful and professional to work with. Recently had my roof on my home replaced and the crew showed up early morning and were finished the same day with zero issues. I have had nothing but excellence service from Steve from the time we started to find someone for our roof, he was so helpful and worked with us for what we could afford he understood that we were new home buyers so we couldn’t afford the works on our house just the bare basics at the moment due to insurance not helping us. he went out of his way to accommodate us by making a new estimate to get it as low as possible so we could afford it and he put in patches when needed it till we had the funds to pay for our roof to hold us over to avoid more damage. steven was vary reliable and quick to communicate. They did an excellent job it looks great and they were quick to get the work done. I will be using Kickapoo roofing for any repairs and replacements in the future. 😊

We met with Steven from Kickapoo Roofing in April 2024. He asked us if we were aware of any issues with our roof – which we were. He did a visual inspection of the roof and looked at ceilings in the interior of our house. The crew completed the roofing project in one long day. The crew worked well together, were respectful of property, and did a magnificent job in cleaning up after they were done. Steven and several other managers/supervisors stopped by throughout the day to check on the progress. We also had Kickapoo Roofing redo our siding on the house in August 2024. A different crew worked on this project. They also worked well together, were respectful of property and did a thorough job in the cleanup. Again – several managers/supervisors stopped out throughout the two-day project. We were kept up to date on both projects with start dates. They had plenty of options available to choose from for both shingles and siding. Jamie, Adm. Asst, was very pleasant and provided us with receipts upon payment of invoices. Only person able to come out and do a temp fix on our roof same day. We figured a tarp would be needed but he found the source, tarred it, and it saved us a lot more damage. I highly recommend Kickapoo Roofing! I had my new roof installed yesterday, and the installers did a great job! Melvin came out and inspected my roof originally. He was professional and courteous. I also had the opportunity to meet Edwin which meant a lot. Leroy had been in constant contact with me so I never felt like I didn’t know what was happening. Communication is so important! Mervin and his installers showed up early yesterday morning and started working right away. They worked hard all day and got my roof done! Melvin checked on things too throughout the day. The crew cleaned up afterwords and also came back this morning to double check the yard. Mervin came back as well to do a final inspection of the job. I felt like I was taken care of through this whole process. All in all they did a great job! Call these folks! They will take good care of you!

Truly Professional! We had roof damage from a large oak. I called and left a message and within 30min Melvin called back and quickly scheduled an initial appointment. We were having some issues with a leak in our roof, and Melvin came the day of to help us figure out what the issue was. He later ended up coming back out again as soon as the snow had melted and fixed up the leak for us along with another spot on the roof he noticed was popped up. Kickapoo Roofing installed a new roof for my cabin the summer of 2023. They did an excellent job - it looks great, and additionally used heavy duty matching gutters that even had folding downspouts! They used quality Malarkey shingles and left no mess at all. One couldn't even tell they were there except for the beautiful new roof. I have never worked with a contractor as prompt, knowledgeable, and professional as Melvin. We found out we need our whole roof replaced and so we went to work finding a roofing company. We got quotes from 4 different roofing companies in the Sparta/Tomah area and Kickapoo roofing was by far the easiest to work with and the most responsive. The quote they gave us was a very reasonable price and they provided it very quickly. We worked with Ray and he was easy to get a hold of, knowledgeable, and professional. He even showed up when our insurance guy came by to evaluate the roof's condition and made sure he saw everything we needed fixed.Our new roof looks great and the installation went very smooth. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family! I would definitely hire them again. We had a very good experience with them.

Once the paperwork was done, I paid my initial amount for stick. They came out on the agreed upon date and were done in a day with the shingles. The gutters and gutter covers were done thereafter very quickly. The roof looks great, the people were awesome.

A true gem of an organization in today's home services industry! Professional and responsive to my calls. Even checked back with me to see if I had questions and received the information I requested (work had been crazy). Previously I had several companies tell me they couldn't help me but my dining area continued to have a leak at the ceiling. Kickapoo came in, diagnosed what was wrong, and gave me 2 options for fixing the situation. One was replacing the entire roof which was only 4 years old. My concern was if I invest in a new roof, what happens if it continues to leak, and I was told they would come back and do whatever it took if the situation continued but they were confident it would take care of the problem. We read reviews and took a leap of faith on replacing the entire roof, and it did take care of the problem! Kickapoo documented the damage and all repairs made. Now we have something to prove to future buyers that there was a problem but it was fixed. Very professional and working with Steve was a pleasure. They removed the roof, replaced damage pieces and we had a new roof by the end of the same day. Everything was picked up, no loose shingles or debris. Go with these guys, don't bother with the others, even those maybe "more recognized" in La Crosse area. You won't be sorry like I was with my original roofer.

Kickapoo Roofing is a professional company with excellent customer service. A few weeks before our new Roof was to be installed, our old Roof began leaking and Jaden promptly came out to check our Roof and Attic. We decided not to do a temporary patch since our Roof was scheduled to be replaced in a few days, however, we were then rained out for another week so Jaden and KR crew came and tarped section of Roof until the new Roof could be installed. We just had the new Roof installed and all of the work was done in one day. Instead of having a few people here every day for several days; there was a very efficient crew of 12 that completed it all in one day. Jaden’s accessibility and responsiveness before, during, and after the new Roof install is much appreciated.

This company is excellent. Communication was excellent. Everything went as planned and it only took 2 days for an enormous roof! Jaden was easy to get ahold of and he was on site to ensure everything went as planned.

These guys are so easy to work with! They came out and did the estimate and then showed us a mockup of what the house would look like with different shingles. Raymond was so helpful through the whole process. When the day came to start the job I had messed up with the insulation contractors and Raymond made sure that all the additional work would get done, even though they didn't plan to do that additional work! My roof has a tricky spot where there had been water leaking through & Ray's expertise fixed that problem and no more leaks! Top notch team, the job got done so quickly (even with my hiccup) the clean up was done well. Can't say enough great things about Ray and the job they did! 10/10

We had a wind storm come through and ruin the siding on our home. After failed attempts with our insurance and lack of interest shown by a different company, Ray and his crew at Kickapoo Roofing were recommended to us. From the very start they took the stress of dealing with insurance off of our hands, kept us in the loop of everything going on, and were responsive to all of our questions and concerns. That was only the beginning. What I saw after that as they worked on our home was a new standard of professionalism that I hadn’t seen out of another company before. One that I will admire and remember forever. These gentlemen worked through some grueling weather, went above and beyond on numerous occasions, and displayed a tenacity for doing the job right despite having to work with an older, not so easy to work with home. Noticed some leaking on the outside of our log cabin... went up on the roof and found the culprit, wind damage what had caused damage to the roof. Did my research and contacted Kickapoo Roofing. Their project manager Ray Hochstetler did not hesitate and checked my roof the next day. He even repaired it to get us through until they were able to replace it 3 weeks later. I called for an estimate, had someone on my roof less than 24 hours later and a comprehensive estimate in hand within a few days. My insurance adjuster found their estimate to be well within line and fairly priced. The job was scheduled, they showed up on time and had my roof torn off and replaced in a matter of 5 hours. Very responsive job site manager and a super polite crew. They went to great lengths to address an especially tricky problem with a roof vent to assure it would remain water tight. They even shop vacuumed the area between the joists and plywood when they tore off rotted sheets! The property was thoroughly cleaned up of all debris before they left. I was super impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and quality of work & service. In an area that lacks reliable, quality tradespeople, Kickapoo Roofing is a rare find.

I contacted this business and I really didn't know what to expect. I had severe roof damage and wasn't sure where to turn. Ray Hochstetter was my customer Representative, let me tell you, he helped put my mind at ease and helped organize the whole process from start to finish. This was certainly one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. He helped take care of everything when no one else would. He even came by helped repair my siding while he personally finished repairing my roof. Kickapoo Roofing is an excellent company. Ray Hochstetter conducted a documented detailed inspection resulting in a comprehensive estimate for replacing the roofs on our buildings, which were in turn fully accepted by our Homeowners Insurance Company’s claims department. Their work crews are excellent tradesmen dedicated to performing first class workmanship. The process’s performed to totally remove and reinstall both roofs left no debris in our yard, because they were constantly cleaning up and rechecking as they completed each section of the two buildings. When all of the work was completed, Ray came back the next day and inspected all of the slopes, valleys, and flashings plus walked around the yard looking for construction debris - there was no debris! Kickapoo Roofing is truly a 10 star company. I highly recommend them.
