The team at Kickapoo Roofing did an exceptional job on my Dads house in central WI. We had the house, detached garage and screen room all reroofed. New gutters were installed on the house and garage, and they replaced 4 skylights where the old ones had the seals blown and were no longer transparent. Jaden was great with the quote and follow up, and Cody, Leroy and both roofing teams were awesome. After all was completed, the yard was so clean it looked liked it had been vacuumed. Kickapoo Roofing responded quickly after the major hail storm in May 2025. Jaden was on site quickly and completed the inspection and quotes. Ed called to follow up and answer any questions. They educated us on our roof and handled the insurance process. Excellent follow up with Jaden accompanying the insurance adjuster up on the roof to ensure a accurate assessment and protect our interest. They certainly know what they are doing and finished the old shingle removal and installation of the new shingles in one day. They followed that up with a team for the gutters the following week and made consistent visits to quality check the work. I would recommend Kickapoo Roofing, a local company, over any of the big franchises you see advertised. There were no aggressive sales pitches, hidden costs or shoddy work. Highly recommended.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service and quality of work done by Kickapoo Roofing. I called them on a Tuesday to discuss a leak we had around our fireplace chimney and the need to remove another chimney no longer used and to re-roof that area. Melvin came out the next day to assess and recommend what needed to be done. A few days later we received a fair quote and we agreed to proceed. Due to a rainy spell, work was not able to be started for a couple of weeks. On the day they started, Scott and his crew arrived at 8:00 am and went right to work. They were all done by 12:30 and everything was done with the highest quality of workmanship, including the cleanup of our yard. Everyone we dealt with during our experience was very personable as well as professional. It is rare to find a business these days with this type of work ethic and customer service. Just had my roof completely redone last month! Jaden got my quote done before winter, had to wait until weather straightened out after winter was done. But they were willing to offer assistance during winter by tarping it if it got too bad! Luckily it didn’t! After the weather straightened out they quickly got me on the schedule the next week to get my roof done. The day came and it was a quick and efficient day, tore down and brand new roof in under 9 hours! Very great company, always made sure we understood everything and could get ahold of any time day or night! They also did a great clean up after they were done with the roof! Will be using them again for other services !

Great communication, scheduling was very flexible. On the day of installation, the team showed up ready to work. The team worked like a well-oiled machine and got the roof replaced quite quickly. When they were finished, you wouldn't know that any work had been done there. The final results were beyond all expectations. Everyone I worked with great, they were all very polite and pleasant to work with and were always communicating and updating me through the whole process. Melvin and Marvin did a great job on patching a hole from old fireplace. Remove terminated stack and patching the hole. I can't tell where it was patched. Did what they said on time. I have had nothing but excellence service from Steve from the time we started to find someone for our roof, he was so helpful and worked with us for what we could afford he understood that we were new home buyers so we couldn’t afford the works on our house just the bare basics at the moment due to insurance not helping us. he went out of his way to accommodate us by making a new estimate to get it as low as possible so we could afford it and he put in patches when needed it till we had the funds to pay for our roof to hold us over to avoid more damage. steven was vary reliable and quick to communicate. We met with Steven from Kickapoo Roofing in April 2024. He asked us if we were aware of any issues with our roof – which we were. He did a visual inspection of the roof and looked at ceilings in the interior of our house. The crew completed the roofing project in one long day. The crew worked well together, were respectful of property, and did a magnificent job in cleaning up after they were done. Steven and several other managers/supervisors stopped by throughout the day to check on the progress. We also had Kickapoo Roofing redo our siding on the house in August 2024. A different crew worked on this project. They also worked well together, were respectful of property and did a thorough job in the cleanup. Only person able to come out and do a temp fix on our roof same day. We figured a tarp would be needed but he found the source, tarred it, and it saved us a lot more damage. I highly recommend Kickapoo Roofing! I had my new roof installed yesterday, and the installers did a great job! Melvin came out and inspected my roof originally. He was professional and courteous. I also had the opportunity to meet Edwin which meant a lot. Leroy had been in constant contact with me so I never felt like I didn’t know what was happening. Communication is so important! Mervin and his installers showed up early yesterday morning and started working right away. They worked hard all day and got my roof done! Melvin checked on things too throughout the day. The crew cleaned up afterwords and also came back this morning to double check the yard. Mervin came back as well to do a final inspection of the job. Truly Professional! We had roof damage from a large oak. I called and left a message and within 30min Melvin called back and quickly scheduled an initial appointment. He later ended up coming back out again as soon as the snow had melted and fixed up the leak for us along with another spot on the roof he noticed was popped up. Melvin did a great job, and made everything easy on our end. Overall, we had a great experience!
